"Brought my 2 and 4 year old for a weekend to enjoy the pool and go to the zoo. We stayed in the jacuzzi suites. Rooms were very large, beds are incredibly comfortable and clean. Our kids slept like stones!! The waterpark we the highlight of my sons trip for sure! Could have made that the entire trip and he would have been over the moon. We did a lot of room service to the room as dinners were easier on us as parents having food come to us. It was pretty decent. Comes from the jets bar attached to the hotel. We didn’t use the jacuzzi, but truly enjoyed the steam shower!! Gonna put one in our house now that we experienced that! I also thought that booking a time slot to use the pool would be an issue but truthfully it wasn’t. They do time slots after 6pm but before that there is no need to book. We enjoyed the earlier time anyway since our kids are little and only needed to book once. And there was always space. Overall, it was a great trip. Super comfy stay and we will definitely be back!"

"We originally booked one room with one king bed. However, when we arrived, we were accommodated with two queen beds instead. There was also a fee for early check in but we didn’t get charged. We appreciate these efforts which made our stay more convenient and comfortable. The room was a decent size with a working air conditioner and the bathroom was regular. The fridge and microwave available was also useful. We would like to express our gratitude to Emerald and Suites for their good service. The location is also extremely convenient and easy to get around. Definitely recommend!"
