Perfect location for a visit to Fells Point (5min walk) and all the surrounding attractions. Place was clean and newly remolded and price reasonable for the area. The main bed room was very nice with a comfortable bed however the sleeper sofa not so much. The area can be noisy at weekend nites so bring your earplugs as this is the nature of Fells Point. Overall great stay. Elvis is a excellent host and very responsive.

The property was safe, extremely clean, and everything was as presented in the pictures. As one commentator said, it is noisy at night, as there is a lot of foot traffic and cars on a main thoroughfare. (This is not by fault of the owner, but I suggest ear plugs if it is a weekend night.) The building was easy to find and very walkable to many points of interest and conveniences.

Great booking for a quick getaway

Conveniently Located, only 2 blocks from the fells point area we enjoy. Everything located in walking distance. On street parking with affordable rates. The space was perfect for a couple, very neat and clean. The building seems fairly new, only complaint is the trash room on the first floor, which was very disorganized with scattered trash everywhere. Theirs is frequent traffic on this block, so keep that in mind if you’re seeking a quiet place. I would certainly rent this space again!
