"The hotel is in a nice area and fairly convenient to bus and train stations. The staff are helpful and friendly in general. My bedroom was spacious and comfortable. I was confused that I had to pay a £50 deposit when I arrived but otherwise everything was good and the breakfast was expensive but excellent. I would stay again."

Staff are very friendly and check in was swift."

Bed is comfortable with wonderful bedding. Only negatives i could say is there was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom/shower area and there should be a drinking glass in the room. I will definitely stay there again. Convenient to Buchanan Bus Station and Buchanan Galleries and Sauchiehall Street. Staff were friendly and welcoming"
