"This is the 3rd time that I've stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This was particularly evident this trip as Fraser was always very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, pubs, best sites to visit in Glasgow and other locations throughout Scotland. He was just an awesome host. The rooms are always clean and everything in the room worked just fine. I'll be going back again next year and look forward to my stay at this same hotel."
