"Loved the program with gem packed activities in the castle. The stay was unique and dream like to be in a castle and we all loved it. Our room was noisy with a fan which varied in frequency, we couldn’t locate where to turn it off. Please could you ask the receptionist to slow her speech a bit as we had difficulty following her instructions on how to get to our room when we checked in last night. Overall a very nice stay."
