This spacious light filled 3 bedroom home will suit groups, business travellers, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
House offers a newly renovated kitchen / dining area, large lounge with a super comfy leather lounge suite and 3 large bedrooms .

Lovely quiet area in close proximity to expansive walking areas. The house was comfortable, if a little dated, and the secure garden was a wonderful treat for our dogs.
We loved Waller house, it was very clean and on a quiet street that is only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry had the necessary items.The house has a great relaxed retro feel and a peaceful enclosed private backyard. The only shortcoming was the lack of water pressure in the shower but that wasn't a big deal. We would stay here again.
Great property for our family, secure yard for the dog and spacious living and kitchen areas. Couch and beds very comfortable. Everything was clean and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Wallar house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood close to parks and not too far from town. The house is comfortable and has the basics you need for a stay with family.
This centrally located, well-maintained property is close to shops, the City Centre, the Botanical Gardens, and Lake Wendoree. It had everything we required for a happy, relaxing three-day stay. The pet-friendly owners made it easy for us to bring our small dog with us.
Love coming to stay at Waller house. Good size backyard for our dogs. Host Tracy very easy to talk to if needed. Definitely recommend this place to other people. Will be back for sure. 👍
The property was well taken care of, very spacious and neat on a quiet street. The reverse cycle air conditioner warmed the house nicely. The house’s location made it easy to see places of interest. Communication was easy and Traci was very helpful. A wonderful stay.

Nice, quiet location. Spacious vintage accommodation, big outside area. Bedrooms are large, however the window coverings could be updated to include block outs as there is a streetlight just out the front. The bathroom is original to the house-the shower is compact!
The location is absolutely wonderful, sat near parklands, near Lake Wendouree, close to town in the tranquil garden suburb.
The house is well equipped, spacious, and has a lovely front and garden, which is fully fenced, perfect for your perfect for bringing your furry friend along.
The bed was comfortable at neither my cat, or I wanted to leave. I would definitely come again, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a getaway in Ballarat.
The property was very clean and spacious. Lots of space for us since we needed extra space for my hubby’s physical issue. Within 15mins of all the places that we wanted to go to but in a quiet area. Great parks and lots of options for food or grocery shopping. Really the only issue we had was we couldn’t get the heater to work but the beds had electric blankets anyway that worked great. Brief Getaway
We enjoyed visiting Ballarat and the surrounding towns. However we were quite disappointed with our accommodation.
There were cobwebs just about in every room, lamps with fused globes, an ancient stained couch with filthy cushions. Bedding needing updating. Stained coffee mugs. Bathroom needs modernising.
Overall not suitable to let as holiday accommodation.
