Lovely stay
My friend and I had a very nice stay at The Perch. The place looked exactly as it did online and communication with Jesse was super easy. It was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be back to stay for longer next time 😊

Cute little stay for 2 people
This Tiny house stay is good for 2 people but definitely not suited for 3 adults, as the fold out couch is very uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sit on. Our host was friendly and helped bring us a few linen items we needed. The flooded driveway wasn’t great as my car struggled a bit to get through the water. The spare blankets on the couch and cupboard needed a wash, and the shower/sink water draining outside was overflowing out to where my car was parked. Otherwise, it’s a cute stay and well stocked with amenities.

The Perch is perfect for a short stay, clean neat and tidy. Barney the dog likes a visit. Very peaceful and quite. The fold out 2nd bed was uncomfortable though.
