"I would definitely recommend the Henry Parkes Motel. We stopped here on route to Brisbane, the family room we booked was very clean with everything you needed. The team at Henry Parkes Motel were very lovely and extremely helpful. The museum, shops and restaurants are all just a few minutes walking distance away. This place was recommended to us by friends. "We had a lovely stay! Felt very homey. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos visit at dusk! Didn't see any other visitors during our stay so quite private. Everything we needed was included in the cabin with an extensive guest guidebook for info. Only feedback is check in/check out process could be a bit clearer, the phone at the reception cabin was a bit dodgy."

"Everything was wonderful, my only negative was the water in the shower did not stay hot. After 45 seconds of heat it would go cold and stay cold for 1 minute. But other than that it was perfect and would 100% stay again!"

"Great location for a short drive to Girraween National Park. The two person Spa was wonderful and the amenities were well catered. Coffee machine (bean type) was so good, didn't have to leave the place to find a decent coffee. All in all a great place and we look forward to coming back again. "
