The staff was excellent! We rolled in at 8:45 and the restaurant closed at 9. The receptionist called the restaurant and asked them to get us a table ready. The restaurant staff was great! They did not mind that we came in so close to closing!

Perpetually understaffed. Seems to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews. One staff member running the restaurant and reception so you have to hunt them down to check in and then hope you can get a table. And then it's an extremely long wait to get any service.
