"The hotel is in a central area and safe. Room was clean. The bed was very hard which is normal for Thailand. The shower setup(hand wand) is less than ideal as it's inevitable water goes on the floor unless you want to sit down in the tub. Staff were fine, although the bellmen? at the hotel street entrance are useless, glued to their phones and disinterested. Thankfully I only had light luggage - presumably they are there to help travelers with luggage/access the elevator if needed? Guests should be aware that at check-in the hotel requires a 1000 baht damage deposit and only accepts cash rather than credit card."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Good We Came Back Again! We initially stayed at Amari Pattaya from 27th to 31st July and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for 3rd to 8th August, which says a lot about our experience. We stayed in a two-bedroom Amari Suite, which was perfect for our family. The location is excellent, just a stone’s throw from North Pattaya Beach and conveniently situated for excursions. We enjoyed snorkelling, parasailing, jet skiing and island hopping, with everything easily accessible. The staff were exceptional, courteous, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They remembered our names and even where we had flown in from, which was a lovely personal touch. They consistently went above and beyond for us. Executive Lounge access was another highlight, with a great breakfast including à la carte options, afternoon refreshments and evening cocktails. The kids absolutely loved the water park and spent most of their time there. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, a fantastic location and outstanding service. The fact that we returned just days after checking out says it all. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Amari Pattaya, especially for families."

"My family and I just got back from spending almost two weeks at the InterContinental Pattaya Resort, and I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Taking our two daughters on a long vacation can sometimes be a handful, but this place made everything so easy and enjoyable from the moment we checked in. Pattaya can be a pretty chaotic city, but this place feels like a lovely, peaceful getaway tucked away from all that hustle and bustle. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and everything about our stay was just stellar. What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, was the staff. They are absolutely the best people you could ever hope to meet. Everyone went out of their way to treat us with so much kindness, and they made our girls feel so special every single day. You can really tell they take pride in making sure their guests have a wonderful time, down to the smallest detail. We had a fantastic experience, and we are already talking about coming back again. The only small detail to not is the beach area doesn't give access to swim. That being said we still had an amazing time and would stay there again!"
