"Nice modern and clean hotel. Welcomes you in with a really nice lobby. Rooms were very clean and bathroom soaps were amazing! Complimentary breakfast had lots of options (pancakes, eggs, cereals, turkey sausage, toast, bagels, etc.). Pool was clean and lots of fun with the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be going back the next time we are in Bracebridge. "

"The staff were very sweet and helpful, our room was very clean and comfortable. We had the pool to ourselves which is lovely, and the area itself is a great location for the hotel, right on the water, I imagine they’re booked and busy in the summer months. They have a restaurant on site, limited options but still pretty good food and not bad prices either. Parking was easy and very accessible. We did ask for a late checkout and think it possible they forgot to add that onto our thing if that’s how that works because we got locked out of our room at 10:30 even though our checkout was 12. The Housekeeping was very sweet and let us back into our room and kindly explained it was an automatic thing. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! "
