"We stayed here for two nights at the end of a week long Northern trip, so having spent several days travelling from one location to another, it was a very nice place to come to relax . We enjoyed using the spa facilities. There’s a good gym with a range of modern equipment. The pool is good and sauna, steam room and hydro pool a brilliant. We enjoyed relaxing and reading in the conservatory. The bedroom was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable.Meals were good, but breakfast was a bit disappointing. Food was left standing, so tended to be a bit dry and cool. Not the best quality, but adequate. This is definitely something that could be improved on. Staff were great. Extremely helpful. "

"Excellent stay; the room was a decent size and was quite peaceful, despite the fact that it overlooked the square below and that there was live music playing, which we enjoyed listening to in the square but we could hardly hear it from our room. The staff were courteous and respectful, and the hotel was clean and welcoming."

"We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared the plates quickly and refreshed all the food in good time. Probably the best service I've seen at breakfast. Only other small gripe was the child's pool times, extremely restricted, so please check this if your going with children and have a busy schedule. We would certainly return to the hotel."
