"The overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner and to the Fox Theater for our show. On the down side, the air conditioner seemed to struggle, the sink was a little slow draining and the shampoo bottle on the shower wall fell and we didn’t even use it. The shower temperature controls were difficult and either allowed for a super hot or cold shower. Maybe it was...

"Staff were polite and professional. Big room, it was a last min booking as I was passing through on business and got too tired. The hotel is a bit outdated but served my needs- location was great, room was large, had a comfortable bed and was clean as expected from a holiday inn property."

"I would definitely stay at this property again due to the property being clean safe friendly staff who did meet all my needs. There only suggestions I have is including parking fee in the total amount of fees charged instead of pulling from the deposit. I will definitely be staying here again."
