"Stayed here numerous times and it’s always been a great experience. With one exception for a front desk clerk who replied to my recommendation that upon check in they could mention you have to request daily service said “well I’m advising you now” All other staff has been pleasant and rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"Do not book here nor prepay! The photos are outdated by at least 15-20 years. Looks nothing like the posting and the hotel refused to cancel our reservation. I would have been fine paying the first night. We did not check in due to the terrible conditions of the entire property. Expedia needs to send a representative to review this hotel. "

"The front desk and room smelled like marijuana. There were cockroaches in the room (and I have photos of that). The staff was incredibly rude and absolutely unprofessional. My reservation was cancelled only after 3 hours past the check in time. I was told the card on file was ran but it was declined (this is not true as I contacted my bank and was told it was never ran at this location). The staff lied about that. There's so much more and I've already spoken to Hotels.com regarding this. "

"No it was hair all over the bathroom and bed "

"We opened the restroom of the room and checked that bathtub it wasn’t cleaned, we found a black T-shirt that was by the tv stand , also when we tried to use the tv it would not turn. Laslty the mini fridge unfortunately did not work. but bed was clean and comfortable new towels as well and provided soap and shampoo , spacious room with couch and table as well ."
