"A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc."

I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! "Ataraxia is a peaceful and beautiful place hidden between jungle and sea. Saw plenty of wild life both on land and at sea. The food was delicious and the owners and staff always teady to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would come back a hundred times if i could. For.the price difference treat yourself to an ocean view cabin, they are fantastic."

"Staff were great, Oliver took extra care of us and issues that arose. Great location, pool and beach were great. Using their shuttle to get around was helpful as the staff would point out sloths or red frogs and share information. "
