"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure relaxation. The beach was clean, peaceful, and just steps away from our room, making it easy to enjoy long walks and sunset views. The resort amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, on-site dining, and daily activities. Every meal we had was delicious and beautifully presented. What truly made this stay special was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from everyone on the team. This resort is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy paradise. "My husband and I have stayed here several times. The rooms have always been clean. The staff has always been friendly and the breakfast is a plus the pool and pool bar are enjoyable and clean. The location is another plus. The ocean is close and there are shops and restaurants with him walking distance. We always have an enjoyable stay here."

"The hotel is amazing! However the rooms you get via Expedia do not reflect the standard of the other regular rooms. (We had a tiny room squeezed in a corner and the view was obstructed by parts of the building: NOT what you would expect if you pay 700$ a night. "

"Average room that’s decent for the price. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and house keeping never came by to freshen things up during our 6 day stay, but the staff was very nice and accommodating when we asked for fresh towels and toiletries. Hotel is in a great location. Close to a lot of local bars, restaurants and the beach. All were within walking distance. We were constantly on the go so it’s a decent place to stay if you’re not spending much time in your room. "

"We just had a nice stay at hotel caribe. Yes the hotel is old and could use some tlc (bathroom door was VERY hard to open from the inside and a couple times friends outside of bathroom had to open it), but nothing that would be a dealbreaker.. our main complaint was double beds for a 4 person room, which are barely big enough for 2 adults to sleep in.. queen size should be standard especially when you are traveling with friends and aren’t planning to spoon each other at night 😬 the front desk staff were great but I want to give a special shoutout to Patricia who was soooo nice and helpful. The hotel is on very close proximity to old San Juan, the excursions like rain forest, boats to icaco island and fajarda are about an hour drive so too far to uber.. we rented a car but it seemed like the hotel had good options to get you to those activities… overall it was a nice hotel but felt a little on the pricey side for the rooms that you get"
