"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to...

"Jim was a wonderful host! Everything was clean and as pictured. The outdoor space was great to relax in and my kids LOVED the tee-pee! Very comfortable and relaxing. An extra bonus was having Bluebear the friendly dog there, great biking and hiking nearby, and Zoka's restaurant for dinner."

"The home was in such a beautiful place and is in good condition. The home was clean and Jake was very responsive. The location is amazing with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. We even got to do some exploring around the lake and my kids loved it. The location is fairly remote, which is nice but with any amount of snow would be hard to get to. Would definitely stay again!"

"I wanted someplace fun to celebrate my 60 trips around the sun, and found this sweet property to rent for the weekend, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The cabin, the treehouse, the grounds, the treasure hunt, the location was top notch. "The Tree House really is cozy with the most beautiful views! I stayed with some friends to enjoy the hiking and shops/restaurants in Evergreen. There is a great hiking trail close to the property and Evergreen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is conveniently located about an hour outside of Denver. The beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub. I will definitely be recommending staying here to everyone and coming back again."

"Peaceful and comfortable stay, wonderful views from living room windows and wrap around decks. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening. The beds were perfect, we all slept well. Well stocked kitchen. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved finding games in the cupboards."

"The property and home are lovely! The views really are incredible. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and the hot tub was a nice mode of relaxation. It did seem like the property hadn’t been visited in some time- restocking was needed in terms of bathroom items and several dead bugs that we cleaned up upon arrival. That being said, we would love to go back for another girls trip. Do note that definitely need AWD to get up the non paved road in the winter!"
