Old building with thin walls, but cozy, welcoming and well located. Fully equiped kitchen. Everything was clean. The only thing I was disappointed was that my room was on the side of the outdoor terrasse. There was a private party and the group did not respect the curfew of 11 PM. Wanted to escape the city for the weekend and go to a peaceful place - ended up being worst than in the city.
Very cool stay, people were very respectful of one another and staff was helpful and everything is very clear about how it works, check out was easy and the location is absolutely wonderful! Will be back 100%
Nice place to stay if you like outdoors sports You can go downhill or cross country skiing or go hiking there's also nice restaurants near by and if you want this hostel have a nice resto bar at the RDC of the building.Staff is very friendly.
Love this area of Charlevoix.
The property was clean and the staff were fantastic. The live entrainment downstairs along with the nearby cafe, the Sunday market across the yard and the nearby grocery store, was just perfect. I was here during a trail race and it was the first time in years since I’ve stayed at a hostel, but I would definitely stay here again.
Also, I couldn’t get a ride to the airport and one of the staff was kind enough to get off his shift early so he could drive me there. Incredibly nice and unexpected!
the hotel is old, dirty, dark, smells bad, broken floor. no quilt in the room. no toilet, no shower in room, male and female share toilet and shower. front desk not 24 hours. it wad nightmere. stay away from this hotel

Everything was great. The next time I arrive I’d like to help w translation of signs to English. I hope I didn’t break any rules because I couldn’t read some of the signs. Other than that I really liked the atmosphere and vibe. Thank you
Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les douches et les toilettes sont neuves. Stationnement gratuit.

This a converted convent. As such it has lots of character but you have to understand it is shared bathrooms, showers and shared kitchen/lounge. Accept that and it is a great place to stay. We would go back again.
A youth hotel with a price of a regular hotel. No private bathroom. A lot insects in the room. It is not a fault, but they might not hide it in the description.
