I had booked for the next night accidentally, showed up at 8:30pm to check in and found out! Yikes! They were able to easily accommodate us calmly and simply. Amazing! I could not be happier with their customer service and helpfulness! I give them my highest recommendation! "

"Excellent view with amazing sunsets. Great location to visit thermal club and natural thermal spot. Staff were eager to help although the restaurant could use more staff at dinner. Waiters were very polite although overwhelmed. Visited 10 yrs ago and will likely come back again. "

"This place hits way above it's pay scale. Aldo and his staff was very helpful and the meal was the best we had while in Italy. We were able to pick up a bottle of Grappa and enjoyed it for the remainder of out travels throughout Italy. A wonderful, authentic wine experience. "
