"The house was a bit small for a group of 7. I can't imagine 9 people. The WiFi password would not work and it seemed the LAN cable for connecting to the internet was missing. The chalet is simply gorgeous - comfortable, spacious, well equipped and in the perfect location for a peaceful yet convenient holiday. "The chalet is very nice and typical for the neighbourhood. Everything you need is in there. There is a very nice view, we really enjoyed the terace for breakfast and diner. In between we explored the land of St. Bernhard. Terence sent us a very good explanation by forhand about everything and housekeeper Nicole was also very quick with her respons (we had one question)."

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "The house was very cozey, and convenient location. However the communication between the hostes and I were poor. As I was only told as that we need to bring our own towels and linen for bedding after we had arrive and I asked where it was!!! Very inconvenient trying to find these items in a small town, let alone after 7pm also!! Other then that, it's a lovely place to stay!!"

"Walking distance from the Grand Montets lift and into village centre. Well appointed chalet with spacious rooms and lots of storage. We had a day when the lifts were shut but the chalet was a good place to be and even had a good stock of games, dvds and books. Nice boulangerie up the road. "Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au chalet de la diablerie. La propriété est très bien équipée et à proximité des chemins de randonnées. "Het huis was heel fijn, van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren met 14 personen en de keuken was hier goed in voorzien. Ook heel fijn dat iedere kamer een eigen badkamer heeft. Voor de bus naar Pre la Joux moet je een klein stukje omhoog lopen, is op een paar minuten loopafstand. Het centrum kun je lopend bereiken, ongeveer 20 minuten. We zouden het huis zeker aanraden!"
