Have stayed several times at lagoons but this time it felt a bit run down for the price. The room wasn’t all that clean inside, so much bird poo and feathers all over the deck, it felt a bit dirty to walk out there or sit there. Especially when we paid for a swim out room. Pool was great & had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Staff were lovely. Paid an extra guest fee with booking and then on arrival paid again to have the sofa bed made up should really be included in the extra guest charge. Overall a little disappointed in our stay this time.

Wonderful views. Property has a cool layout with the loft for added sleeping space. DID NOT like the fact that we had to strip beds and do most of the work a cleaning crew should have. That should be more clear in the description.

Great house, but no ability to make coffee. No beach towels or beach chairs, despite a beach right there. No instructions for anything in or around the house. There was a pool in the large complex that we never could find. How to get to the beach was a mystery we solved, but with no help. House was otherwise nice & well-equipped; managers no help with anything.

Parking was secure (underground) but tight owing to boat and trailer (wider than vehicle) stored in adjacent parking. We ended up parking on the street for the duration of our stay. On street parking seemed secure enough and was convenient for the unit we occupied.

We stayed in Cabin no:1 which had beautiful garden & beach views from the front deck. There was a bbq, outdoor setting and a bench with stools which was perfect for sitting back relaxing with a drink or two. Inside was clean, spacious and well equipped with a washing machine & dryer if needed. 1770 Sunset Cabins is perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
