This property is perfectly positioned to kick off a Cabot Trail adventure. Beds were comfortable, the room was big enough, it was too cold to use the dck but it looked wonderful.
I cannot understand how the rating for this motel is higher than poor.Very misleading pictures, description and reviews. There was a bag of garbage thrown next to our entry.Very low bar met.Location and the view were great !!
Our room was okay. The property is older but our room had what we needed ~ a clean bathroom and comfy bed, nothing special. Typical amenities for average cost. Tim Hortons is next door and not too far from town. I think the owner could use some help. The floor in our room could use a vacuum and washing so I kept my socks on.
this is a first class, unique establishment. The motel is clean, rooms spacious, amenities as expected. Bed was comfy, shower had lots of hot water and pressure. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They are expanding with dome glamping units!
This motel is a good choice. The view is amazing. I loved that there were tables, chairs and a fire pit outside to enjoy the scenery. The beds were okay, not the best, but nowhere near as bad as some other motels.
Although the place is old, it feels like there’s investments made in it, with the new heat pump and television. There was a whole in the wall next to the bath though, and there’s still some things that could be renovated.
I would stay there again.
Accommodation is a basic motel room, but quiet, clean with good beds and shower. View is gorgeous, and we enjoyed sitting outside. It all worked well for us.
