"Det bedste man kan sige om stedet er; placering. Ellers dårlig indeklima på værelser og badeværelse; der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelse, ingen ventilation eller vindue? På 1 sal lugtede der af kloak hele ugen. Ski rum, ingen støvle tørre og vand på gulv. Man må gå med skistøvler på gangene og ind på værelserne? Gammelt hotel som har fået en hurtig “make over”. Skuffende ud fra Salzburger Hof standard og deres andre hoteller. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel"

"Excellent hotel with a good location. The pool and wellness area really add to the experience and provided nice recreation after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein."
