"The room was reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Several basic items missing from room - plates, cutlery, tea towel, extra blankets - even though there was a microwave, fridge and toaster in the room. The bed also skated on the Lino floor each time I sat on it, which was a bit hazardous. The wheels on the beds need to sit in small coaster-cups. Apart from that, I was quite comfortable. "

"This was an outdated and overpriced property compared to others we used on our trip. It wasn’t helpful that the name on the building was different to the one we booked. Communication with Hotels.com wasn’t good and I ended up having to call the property while standing outside and emailing ID documents to get access to the property. It’s never happened on previous bookings and I wasn’t impressed "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this gem. Welcoming & informative staff. Central location. Off main highway noise. Delicious dinner downstairs. The facilities were better presented than expected for this very affordable country hotel with the bonus of modest share kitchen, a communal closed in verandah off our room (which sadly was our ventilation too, so not so secure if left opened during the night)."
