"Everything was wonderful however when we arrived we were waiting to check in and two people at the desk were talking to one person (not checking them in) just talking about places in Boston…etc. Answering her questions while we sat there and waited without even acknowledging our presence. Seems like a one person job. He could’ve addressed us. It wasn’t too long of a wait, 5 or so minutes, but thats bad customer service in my opinion. If he was helping the other staff, I would understand, but it was just a general conversation about things in Boston to see or how to get there. Check us in first then continue your conversation. "

"Disappointing stay overall. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, with visible hair and residue in multiple areas, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. While I appreciate the refund of one night, the issue significantly impacted my stay and required escalation to resolve."

"The original room I was given was like being outside in winter with no jacket. It was freezing. It was warmer in the hallway leading to the room. I went back to the front desk to change rooms and the clerk acted as if I did know how to function a thermostat. The semi attitude because a room change was requested was a little off putting. Would I stay there again, probably NOT!"

"AI automated the services. It was difficult to obtain a crib, a rollaway bed, etc., and there was no room service. I would not stay here again unless necessary."

"We had a fantastic time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was large and clean. Easy location to walk around to the places we wanted to and a quick uber for the others. Would highly recommend "
