The facilities are getting a bit dated (no USB ports available in the room as is now often found in more modern accommodation) but everything was more than adequate for travellers needing a bed and food before/after flying from Melbourne Airport."

"It was only a very short stay but after booking, it was nice to be contacted by the staff, asking what bedding configuration was preferred, they advised about parking options, advised of preauthorisation fee etc etc so everything was very well communicated.
