Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! "The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving.
The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."
"Kjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var ødelagt, så vanskelig å trekke ned. "

"The hotel is very old, and the furniture was broken. The air conditioner was also not working. The food and drinks were not good at all. It makes no sense that this hotel has such high ratings online.
We had to check out the next morning because they couldn't repair the air conditioner and didn’t offer to change our room. We couldn’t imagine spending a second night there with our baby. He spent the entire night crying because it was too hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option since it was very noisy outside.
Basically It's a tourism Trap. "

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
