We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!

Otel fiyat performans olarak gayet tatmin edici, temizliğe çok önem veriliyor, odalar hergğGün boyu atıştırmalık mevcut. Yemeklerde yemediğimiz diğer ürünlerin yanında genelde tavuk, balık çıkıyor ve aç kalmıyorsunuz. Konum olarak merkeze çok yakın. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.

Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdim

Görelim Restoran ekibi müthiş, resmen tüm hoteli sırtlarına almış uçuruyorlar resmen ,her şeyin sınırsız olduğu hoteller çok fakat aynı zamanda kaliteli olan yer bulmak çok zor. Türkiye’den gidecek olan arkadaşlar hiç çekinmesin personelin çoğu Türk olduğu için hiç zorluk yaşatmıyorlar her konuda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar.Gelir gelmez yeniden gitme planı yapmaya başladım bile.Tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkürler

Végülis jó volt.

A szobák nagyok, tiszták, kényelmesek kissé puritánok, de a célnak megfelnek. Az elhelyezkedése a hotelnak a lehető legjobb. Közel mindenhez, de mégis 1 utcányira a hömpölygő zajos tömegtől. A légkondi jól működött. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, takarítás megfelelő, soha semmihez sem nyúltak ami a szobában volt (laptop, fényképezőgép, pénztárca...). Az ellátás viszont so-so. Az all inclusive ellátás inkább egy menza szint mintsem 4*. Sajnos az italok és ételek minőség nem túl jó. Olcsó italok, gagyi kóla szörpök, menza kaja....stb,stb. Összességében elfogadható, de ne várjunk nagy gasztronómiai utazást. ;-) Ár/érték arányban megfelelő. Ja és a 2 db lift az egész 6 emeletes épületre egy vicc. Sorba állás, várakozás a liftre minden alkalommal. Sétálva gyorsabb a lépcsőházban.

Opholdet var OK maden var fin, snackbaren var fin Sodavanden var alt for meget blandet op, det smagte af ingenting.. Staff, var meget sure og stressede helt vildt, der var ikke smil, eller godmorgen fra 80% af staff Så bliver det en lang sæson hvis staff allerede nu er trætte af All inclusive gæster Beliggenhed helt perfekt, tæt på byen og stranden Jeres animation, ked af at sige det, det var da ligegyldigt, troede egentlig det var for børn også, det gik mere op i hvem der kunne drikke drinks hurtigt Vandpolo måtte børn ikke deltage, Dart måtte de hellere Så vi brugte det slet ikke... En OK ferie, Kalina, kan nemt score flere stjerne hvis du motivere personalet og servere ordenligt sodavand :-)

On arrival the receptionist was very rude.got to the room i guess it was just ok.def not 4* The sofabed was like sleeping on a wooden board,Food was cold and mostly catered for russians,Bulgarians&Germans,my kids didnt like the food atall,staff in restraunt were very miserable,We asked for table tennis bats staff didnt understand a word we said.pool was freezing.no indoor pool like stated in ad,No washer or dryer either.The friendliest of staff were the cleaners and a nice guy in the snack bar who quit a day before we left.only possitives about this hotel was the location.

Nagyon jó szèp tiszta ,bősèges ètel sok választèk . A parkolás csalódást okozott mert úgy foglaltuk hogy az árban benne van de a helyszínen közöltèk hogy nincs parkoló ezèrt 2 utcával tovább kellett elhagynia az autót ès napi 20 BGN amit èjszaka nem öriztek de ez a lehetőség volt sajnos ☹️

Overall: satisfied👍

Location: very close to night life but no sleep disturbances. Room: large, no doubt. Even twin beds are wider than an average single. Food: clean with a wide range of dishes & deserts. Fully staffed dining hall constantly clearing any used item etc without a single evil eye. Entertainment: everyday except Monday. Some guests barely left the complex.

Fab family holiday in Sunny beach

Booked a week all inclusive for 20th May 2019 (party of 6 age 6 to 76). First I wish to confirm that the pool was open for our stay. As we were arriving late I had emailed the hotel to see if it would be possible to have something to eat on arrival. I got no response from the hotel but when we arrived, check in was only a few mins and we were told that a cold buffet was available to us in the restaurant. This hotel is one of the cleanest that I have stayed in, from the public areas like reception & toilets to the bedrooms. Beds were very comfy and the room was spacious. As all inclusive goes this is one of the better ones. Hot meals in Bulgaria tend to be chicken / pork / rabbit / fish but the choice was broad enough at each sitting to ensure that no one left the dining hall hungry. Pizza was available all day. Nice selection of veg at lunch and dinner. Loads of fresh fruit was available all day, 2 bottles of water were left in the rooms each day. Water dispensers were available in the restaurant and pool bar. Again the snacks were pretty good. Pancakes with strawberries or chocolate available from 10am. DIY ice-cream cones and strawberry sundae were available all day as well, a nice variety of flavours were available. Salad was available all day as well as pizza / hot dogs / chicken and fish. Didn't participate in the activities so cant comment on that. Very close to the strip and beach ( 5 min walk). Saving the best bit for last, the staff were fantastic.

Erittäin mukavat ja isot huoneet hotellissa, hyvä ruoka, iso allas, sekä animaatio lapsille. Palvelutaso on heikko. Mutta muuten ei valittamista.
