The staff at this property are amazing. First class service all around, especially Olga on reception. We were demanding customers and the staff did everything they can to support us while smiling. I am in love with this hotel and will be back.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, 5 stars. The cleaning ladies were mediocre and not tidy for a 4 star hotel. Garbage wasn't emptied and floor wasn't cleaned. Unfortunately, the service staff at the pool bar weren't particularly friendly either.

Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention that I was relocated to a different hotel, Sun n Blue Hotel, just 24 hours prior to my scheduled check-in at Margadina Hotel. It is important to note that this relocation was not of my choosing and caused significant inconvenience to my family. I had meticulously researched and booked Margadina Hotel four months in advance, specifically selecting it as the ideal location for our family holiday. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we would be staying at Sun n Blue Hotel instead. This hotel, despite being rated as a 4-star establishment, fell far short of our expectations and provided an unsatisfactory experience. As a gesture of compensation for this unexpected change, we were offered an all-inclusive package at Margadina. While this was appreciated, it did not address the core issue of the inconvenience caused by the relocation. The reason provided for this relocation was that Margadina Hotel was experiencing issues with their rooms. However, upon further inquiry, it became evident that the hotel had overbooked its capacity, resulting in our displacement. In light of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be considering Margadina Hotel for any future bookings or recommendations.

 Das Hotel punktet mit einer sehr guten Frühstücksauswahl, die sowohl vielfältig als auch qualitativ ansprechend war. Der Poolbereich ist modern und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die regelmässig angebotenen Livemusik sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Der Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verbesserungspotenzial: 
Leider gab es einige Mängel in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Organisation. In der Dusche war Schimmel sichtbar, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Auch die Handtücher wiesen wiederholt Flecken auf, was unhygienisch wirkte. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass die Bettwäsche während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal gewechselt wurde. Ein weiteres Problem war die Situation am Pool: Viele Liegen (insbesondere die speziellen Komfortliegen) waren bereits früh am Morgen mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl sie oft stundenlang unbenutzt blieben. Eine Kontrolle oder Regelung durch das Hotelpersonal fand hier nicht statt, was für Gäste ohne frühzeitige Reservierung sehr ärgerlich war.

Erinomainen sijainti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannasta ja vilkkaammista kaduista. Hotelli on siisti ja aamupala monipuolinen. Huoneessa hyvä ilmastointi, mitä osaa arvostaa kesän lämpimimpään aikaan. Henkilökunta palveli ystävällisesti. Hotellin spa osasto, kuntosali, pienet aktiviteetit täydensivät kivasti päiviämme.

Je ne recommande pas.

Personnel de l’accueil pas très agréable et pas très soucieux de la clientèle, excepté la jeune femme. Suite à un soucis de réservation ils n’ont même pas cherché à savoir si une solution avait été trouvé et n’esquissent même pas le moindre « bonjour » durant tout votre séjour. Petit déjeuner « english breakfast » et non pas traditionnel, avec pas mal d’attente le matin. Pas fidèle aux photos, la piscine est petite contrairement à ce que nous avons l’impression de voir sur les photos et est prise d’assaut dès le matin. Les clients de l’hôtel déposent leur serviette après le petit déjeuner sur les transats, même s’ils ne restent pas à la piscine, pour « réserver » leur place toute la journée. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Je n’y retournerai pas. Seul point positif : des lits confortables.

Struttura molto bella, pulizia delle camere accurata, personale super gentile, check in e check out veloci. Colazione e cena varia e per la cena le serate a tema sono molto apprezzabili. Zona piscina un po' piccola ma molto carina. Pulizia degli ambienti comuni molto curata. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è comoda per tutto, sia per trovare ristoranti o locali, sia per negozi di souvenir o supermercati e se si vogliono usare i mezzi pubblici le fermate sono vicine. Se si arriva dall'aeroporto di Larnaca con i mezzi pubblici in pochi passi si è all'hotel. Super consigliato.
