"I stayed at LIBER Hotel Osaka during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it very easy to get around Osaka and visit nearby attractions.
The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a great view. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and room service was very good. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay, with a wide variety of high-quality options.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides luggage carts, but guests are expected to transport their own luggage to their rooms. Some assistance from the staff would have been appreciated, especially after a long journey.
I also purchased access to the lounge, but it was disappointing and not worth the additional cost. It is simply an open seating area on the first floor with coffee, water, and a few small cookies. It did not feel like a true executive lounge or offer enough amenities to justify the price.
When I requested a two-hour late checkout, the front desk immediately calculated an additional charge of approximately $220 for my one room. After a lengthy discussion, they agreed to extend my checkout by only one additional hour at no charge. I found the initial approach to customer service to be inflexible.
I also paid for access to the sauna but unfortunately never had time to use it.
Because the hotel is located next to Universal Studios Japan, it was filled children"
