What an amazing hotel! The reception (on the 17th floor) was beautiful and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Our room was amazing! The largest room we’ve ever had whilst staying in Japan. The bed was huuuge and the room felt new and very clean. It was our anniversary and when we arrived at the hotel we were wished a happy anniversary and there was a surprise gift waiting in our room.
