LOVED the home. Well equipped, right on the beach, updated throughout. It is located in a great spot in Avon. Vacasa as a company - not so much. Two MAJOR issues with them. 1. They were doing beach replenishment right in front of the house. We were blocked out of getting to or using the beach access for several days, plus they were doing the work deep into the night (beeping/back up alarms on the backhoes, construction lights etc.). I picked and paid extra for this house specifically to be right on the beach. NO ONE warned us about the scheduled beach replenishment project. If they had, I would have picked another house or another week. 2. We had one of the AC units go out. It took Vacasa over two days to get someone out to look at it. Little to zero updates or communication from them despite repeated calls into their maintenance group. All in all, really put a damper on the whole family vacation. Sooooo, Vacasa and owner, am I getting a refund for paying extra to be right on the beach and not being warned I could not actually use or even get to the beach while I was in the house?
