"Great place to stay with our dog. 5 min walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. 5 min walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and ice cream all next to each other. Beach chairs and umbrella in shed. Would stay there again. "

"I loved my stay of 4 nights - great staff, room, access to beach and outdoor area. I would recommend two things -1 a drop box for if you check out and office is closed!! 2 maybe paint one space parking number in front of each motel room and if extra space needed park in front of outdoor seating area, as I had a man yelling at me for parking in front of my room because it was too close to his car because he didn’t know how to park. As a female I didn’t want him to mess with car or continue yelling at me so I moved my car in front of outdoor seating area and walked to my room. I had to do this 3 of 4 nights. Marked spots would stop this. I would stay hear again!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we could ever want. And plenty of room! Our hosts were very responsive, and the property was clean and comfortable. We usually go every year, and I'm sure we will try to rebook here."

"What a beautiful part of the world. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Between the deck overlooking the sound and the walk across the street to the ocean you couldn't be any closer to the variety of water options the Outer Banks has to offer. Be it a sunset or a walk over the sand dunes to the ocean you don't even have to get in your car to experience OBX from this locale. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal when you choose to stay in. But if you do venture out don't miss the apple uglies from the Orange Blossom in Buxton or the Sno Balls -- Hatteras style from from Hatteras Sno-Balls and Ice Cream just down the street in Frisco. Dan was a great host --- incredibly responsive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. If it's available grab it first ... it won't be there when you go back later."

"This condo worked out great for our short stay to see our children in Rodanthe. Very clean and well furnished. Wonderful view of the Sound from the balcony."

"We loved this house. It was perfect for our group of 10. Close walk to the beach. Short drive to grocery store and places to eat. "

"On our way down, the owner contacted us to tell us that the previous guest had broken the stove. They asked if it was ok to come replace it and they compensated us with lunch for interrupting our visit, which was not necessary, but grateful for the awesome pizza! They are extremely friendly and it was a great location. The kids loved all of the different rooms and especially the loft and balconies. If ever in the Outer Banks again, we will definitely reach out to them."

"Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan."
