"The house was on a cul-de-sac, so we parked in the street, which was fine. The pool was very nice. However, the grill was dirty. The house was very dated. The showers were dingy and dirty in desperate need of glazing. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very good quality. There is NO KITCHEN. There is only a hot plate. Although, this property is 16 miles from downtown Tampa, an hour is still needed to get there because of traffic. Over all it was just an ok stay. "

"Great short term rental - hope to return again. We are a group of 9 guys that get together annually for a golf trip. This property allowed everyone to have their own bedroom, while having multiple spaces to gather. The pool and property was fantastic, and was used every day. Appreciated all the amenities like multiple kitchens, and washer/dryers allowing the group to cook, clean and have a good time.The location was very central to all the golf courses we played, most within 30 minutes, and only 2 were further. There are also multiple grocery stores and restaurants all less than 10 minutes away. Not to mention, only about 35 minutes from the airport.We loved our stay, and hope to come back!"
