Our family had a great time! We had 7 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all us. There was a slight issue with a bathroom but the host handled it immediately. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is great. Perfect layout for our group. The host was so kind to turn the heat on in the pool for our group from Michigan to swim. It was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with the host as well.

Wonderful! Hope to stay again!

Great communication before, during, and at the end of our stay. The property is located in a clean, safe neighborhood and the house and yard were spotless upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and easy. There is plenty to do for a group of kids (or adults) who love to have fun. The heated pool was a nighttime favorite, and everyone also enjoyed playing pool and foosball inside. Plenty of room for everyone as well! Highly recommend!

This is the perfect home for a get away to Tampa. They have everything you need. The owner is super responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Had a great time, plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The pool was a little cold when we first got there, but the host drove right over and turned the heater on. They were very accommodating. Could use some more pots and pans. Big kitchen, plenty of seating. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Harry was a great host. Courteous, attentive, responsive, and more. Would highly recommend renting from him. Rented during a hurricane which made the fence fall and he was there to fix it and restore the property to what was expected the next day. We only missed a couple hours in the pool if that. A+++

Thanksgiving Getaway!

We wanted to get away and this was the perfect spot. If you're going, make sure to ask the owner about house supplies. There might be things you need that the house doesn't provided. We did bring our own pots and pans, wash clothes and body soap etc. The towels were rough to touch, but we used them, the pool was nice and the kids loved the pool table. Overall we were happy.

Spacious and Clean. Great Stay

Overall this was a great stay. Khairi was extremely responsive to any queries. The space was huge. Plenty of room in the common areas. The kids enjoyed the pool table. All the rooms had TVs and the two common areas had a TV each. I had asked Khairi for a mop the second day cause I poured heavily (as we found out this was a daily thing for about an hour). We did not want to leave a mess. He came and brought it that day. He said not to worry about it because the cleaning folks would take care of it. We still wanted to keep the property as clean as possible. He was extremely responsive and he was close by so if we needed anything he was there the same day. Outdoor grill section was a nice space. Nice overall property. Definitely a quality place to stay if you are looking to be close to the parks. We were 10-12 minute drive away from the parks. There was plenty of stores and big box retailers about a mile or so from the property. They had two refrigerators which was great because we were a party of 10. We brought groceries for the week and we still had plenty of room for more things. Khairi took care of all our needs for the stay. Definitely would book again if we go down to Tampa again.

Family Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay but we were a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. We were also a little disappointed in the lack of bath towels since we had a larger group. There were no pillow cases on the kids beds and there was also no pack and play sheet. At the end of the day we made it work but with some of those extra things it would have made the experience perfection.
