Property is next to a main intersection so there is a lot of traffic. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean, but a little spartan. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The hotel is excellent. The only thing I will note, it will be better if they provide a rubber mat in the shower. The bath tub can become very slippery.

2 nights stay. Convenient and quiet. Staff and housekeeping ladies very nice. Room quite small but perfect for just sleeping. No fridge or coffee maker or microwave in the room. But restaurant downstairs (menu). Breakfast free. 5 min drive to historic downtown.

Bad experience at the check in, booked for my family to stay in , the staff did not allow me to accompany them to the room, although I was not going to stay, simply to help them with the stuff, a part from this, my credit card was charged twice means double the amount as the staff claimed the first machine is not working since it did not print the receipt although I told her that sometimes the machines do not print, she insisted and charged my credit card using another machine, also the room was not as expected. I will never book again. Over priced for no services except for the good parking.

I had reserved 2 rooms, we checked in, I took the 2 cards, and gave one to my daughters. My daughters went to the room and found it was occupied with clothes on the floor! My little daughter came back scared to see that they had given us a room with people already inside. She was scared to think that someone could have entered her room while they were inside. Afterwards, we asked for a new room, they gave us a new card, with few apologies. The surprise now was that the new room was over 30ºC and its air conditioning did not work. It was a 34ºC day in Avignon. The receptionist told me that she did not have any more rooms but she did have a portable device to solve it... and, she just gave me a small fan! Also, the room had used towels with lipstick on them...disgusting. The next day, I asked to speak to the hotel manager, but he didn't show up. All they offered me was to give me €25 back, I said no. I really feel helpless. I don't go on vacation with the family to sleep in a hellish room and be treated this way. I had to come here because Avignon was full due to the theater festival but, I will never choose this hotel chain again. That's clear.

Schönes Zimmer, großes Doppelbett, vernünftiges Bad und ein ganz gutes Frühstück. Allerdings sind ausgerechnet die warmen Speisen mir etwas zu früh weggeräumt worden. Die Parkplätze sind zahlreich vorhanden. Sie befinden sich auf dem Grundstück, es gibt also keine enge Parkgarage.

Muy adecuado

El restaurante no es muy bueno, la comida es insípida y la carta tiene una variedad corta. El hotel es amplio cerca de un centro comercial pero necesario transporte para todo, el parking es muy cómodo, el aire acondicionado funciona correctamente y se está bien fresco en la habitación. No hay caja fuerte y la piscina es pequeña.
