Sun loungers had no room to move round then, drinks served in paper cups (no clearing during the day). The room door didn’t shut without slamming and there was no sound buffer between rooms.
WiFi was good, hotel info required their app though and I don’t like being compelled to add unverified data/apps to my devices.
Overall, we had a good break but expected a little more from a 5* resort"

Pros: Good value and really clean with ample amenities, comfy beds, definitely a family with kids place.
Cons: Reception lady mostly on duty seems really miserable. We had a 1 bed suite (493) the bedroom curtains were not lined so from 4:30am/sunrise and all day the room was so bright like being on the beach and scorching hot so made sleeping really hard. Would also recommend bringing own towels as they are thin & very hard."
