"Loved it here! There is good WiFi with unrestricted devices. Staff are absolutely the best - especially adults pool bar - Stavros and team. Even provided a menu in larger print. Hahaha- good communication- deffo returning . Didn’t try the lazy river - next time."

"The food time schedule was not good for a young family, lunch was at 1pm and dinner was at 7pm which was far too late. You couldn’t get drinks in the morning until after breakfast had finished. However, the restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, always friendly and helpful. We had an ongoing issue for the duration of our stay where we had no hot water. We complained on a daily basis, sometimes even more than once and it was never resolved. We were travelling with a 15month old and having to shower her in cold water every day meant we had a very upset child, despite the complaints the hotel staff did not care. Kept telling us it would be fixed then as soon as it was it would break within the hour again. They did nothing to help us, could have moved rooms or something but instead we just got comments like “it’s good for you to shower in cold water” which may be acceptable for an adult but definitely not a young child. The hotel was just very basic, everything that looks good in photos was maintained excellently but everything else wasn’t. Wouldn’t recommend for a young family. The pools are not really kid friendly, the hotel is quite far out from everything and the food times are just too late for children."

"Beautiful villa with large pool and nice bedrooms. Quick help by concierge locally and good customer support pre arrival over email as well Just some small feedback: - we did not have enough blankets at arrival. This was resolved by delivery from concierge the next day. But I would recommend a check before your guests arrive. - The pool was cleaned on the second day of our arrival. Maybe this can be organised before arrival? If not possible, I would advise you to inform your guests in advance. - no laundry detergent was present. This was provided after we asked for it. - dirty dishes - sheets weren’t very clean as well"
