"Overall it’s a great place to stay close to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. Rooms are a bit smaller and need some updating but ALL staff were super welcoming and accommodating. Mar was great and friendly when we arrived and was very helpful. "

"This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Paris. My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Rayz Eiffel and loved the hotel's charm and thoughtful amenities. Everyone at Rayz was helpful and friendly, and the views from the rooftop patio can't be beat! Our balcony room offered city views and fresh air, and the room was welcoming to come home to after a long day of walking around the city. "The property is ideally located. Which is what you pay for, breakfast is small but it is nice. The staff were really helpful in terms of taxis, shops, leaving our bags after we checked out. The AC did not work, and the room was hot, not ideal when trying to sleep. "
