The space
This Home is creative and serene, but just one mile from downtown and a quick walk or bike ride away from everything that Austin has to offer - the hike and bike trails, Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores, SoCo (South Congress) - full of unique Austin restaurants and shops - a foodies delight, Barton Springs Natural Spring fed pool, Restaurant Row on Barton Springs Blvd., The Long Center for the Performing Arts, the thriving South Lamar district and tons of great eats, cafes and boutiques. In about a 5 minute car ride, you can be right in the heart of downtown, which is just half a mile away. Also, you would be just a 2 minute walk from the Capital Metro and UT bus routes that can take you to wherever you want to go in and around Austin.

It is a private and secluded location in Travis Heights one of Austin's most unique neighborhoods, just west of I 35. Second story 2 bedroom connected studio apartments with one bath. One studio has a full kitchen and the other has a microwave.

Amazing Place to Experience Austin

The property was beautiful with lake views! The host was really nice and we had lots of privacy. This was the perfect house for a big group (we had 20 people). Lots of sleeping space and common room areas for us to spend time in. We really wanted somewhere we could get to everything in Austin quickly. Rainey, Congress, and the boardwalk were just a short walk away. The place was really clean and we loved sitting by the fireplace! Will definitely recommend and would stay again!
Stayed 1 night in Jan 2020
