I booked a room with two beds but when got here they sold out of the two beds, so the lady apologized and gave us a room with kitchenette which was very nice. She offered an air mattress to accommodate us. Room was clean and very spacious.

I gave it 4 stars because it's well worth the price of the rooms.Been coming here since 2017 business. Owners are always trying to improve property. The are always friendly & professional. Theyvhave coffee in the morning, microwaves & mini fridges in all rooms. It's a decent place to stay and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping & my my favorite thec2nd location ofvWorld Famous Round Rock Donuts.

Property is older and could use some maintenance, but everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The humidity inside the building seemed a little high, especially for Austin. Our bed could have been firmer. The motel was conveniently located near dining establishments and a Walmart and grocery.

We live in a small town near by whose water main burst. So our stay was just for convenience of have a hot shower. The bathtub was disgusting. The smell in the hallway was so offensive, I chose to let my phone die rather than walk out to my car to retrieve my forgotten charger. American Horror story vibes. The lady that checked me in was very nice and pleasant.

Very convenient, clean, quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The price is very fair considering the area it’s located. It’s surrounded by countless restaurants, shopping centers, there's an HEB and a Walmart about a mile from the property, which is very resourceful. The location is on point. I stayed here for a week for some relaxation and some down time and I left feeling very satisfied. My only complaint is the ice machine doesn’t work but it’s not at all a deal breaker. I still give 5/5. Great place to stay!

We were put in room 309, and it is laughably bad. I will say that the water pressure in the shower is really strong -the best of any Austin property I’ve been at. But, the condition of the room is pretty bad. And the bed is about 2 feet off the ground. The staff are lovely though!

This property is quite solid for it’s level of comfort, location and pricing. It doesn’t require much for me to feel satisfied, and I can maneuver through “unsafe environments. I say that to highlight the fact that when you pull up it may come off a “certain way”because of its older appearance and possibly your perception. But I will say, this place is very professional, clean, and safe. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The front desk clerks are friendly, the showers are hot, my room was clean, the bed is comfortable, the employees maintain the upkeep with maintenance, and the ac unit is on point, as well. My only micro criticism is, your keycard may become deactivated and you’ll have to go to the front desk. I believe this is an occasional security procedure so it was all good. In summation If you’re looking for a simpler stay without premium amenities but at the same time getting more than what you paid for, check them out! Great stay.
