"You have to pay for parking $39 for overnight or you can valet for $45 and that was not mentioned when booking. It would be very helpful if it would be mentioned when booking at this location. it’s a very old building definitely needs upgrades. Parking area sucks."

"Customer service was top notch. The tall guy at checkin has the best personality. I tried to get his name later but he was always working and moving quickly. Valet, 10/10, Room was the same. Will definitely stay here again. Close to everything "

"Breakfast was good but too short because we had to leave on the airport shuttle. We noticed that the breakfast set up was the same as at our previous hotel the Best Western in Temple TX. The staff was very helpful with finding a place to order dinner. Her directions were good and our pizza was delicious. "
