Central Austin dream townhouse! Walking distance to restaurants/shops, ~3 miles from downtown & campus, and 4 to Domain. Like to cook? This kitchen is STOCKED! Le Creuset, Cuisinart, Nespresso, KitchenAid, proper knives- if you want to stay in and cook you'll have everything you need. Backyard is a private oasis with grill. Lush landscaping. Lounge with a glass of wine in the chaise chairs, have a conversation in the swing or chill by the firepit. 3 bedrooms plus blowup mattress. Downstairs you'll find a record player with an extensive collection to choose from. Upstairs you'll find the Master with an Anthropologie Queen-sized bed, spa shower, double sinks, & soaring ceilings. Rose Room- Queen Bed, Anthropologie Armoire, & closet space. Additional full bath w/ tub and shower. Laundry and ironing board also on this level. Up the stairs you'll find an adorable Boho loft area with a twin trundle bed and closet. Driveway parking for 3 cars. Dining area seats 4 at the Restoration Hardware concrete table plus the bar area with four West Elm barstools. List of walkable spots upon request
