Sleep 13+ Austin Pflugerville Lake Home

Enjoy what Austin has to offer but don’t pay Austin's high rental prices and live on the lake! It's a beautiful one-story home with 4 bedrooms: (2) King beds and 1 Queen bed, 1 Full/Full bunkbed, 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 2.5 baths.
The kitchen is open to the living room which is great for entertaining guests or family together. It is perfect for pre & post-wedding. It's fully stocked with clean bath and hand towels. It is about 2,400 SF with a 2-car garage. The spacious family room is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Great large backyard with a covered patio & seating, a wood-burning fire pit with seating, a trampoline, and a charcoal & gas BBQ grill are great for wine & chill after a long day. The washer and dryer are for your convenience. The home is located on Pflugerville Lake (20 minutes commute to downtown Austin). A walking trail around the lake, swimming pool, and community playscape are nearby. Other flexible rental terms are also available. DirecTV and WIFI are complimentary. There is a trampoline in the backyard and a porta-crib for your personal use. Bath towels are also provided with basic shampoo/conditioners.

Nice house in a great location

Great Large House near Lake Pflugerville

House was very large and clean with 4 bedrooms. Fourth bedroom was a bunkroom with 4 beds. Nice fenced backyard with patio furniture and table for sitting outside. Great place for our adult family to stay while visiting other family in Pflugerville. Will stay again.

Family vacation

This was our third time staying in Nick’s home and have already booked it again for our 2025 vacation. The layout of the home works great for our extended family with the 4 bedrooms and large kitchen space for cooking some of our meals.

Great time at lake Pflugerville

Right next to the lake. We had great time taking walks through the accessible parts. The home was very well organized. Nick was very responsive and he was eager to get our choices of soap and shampoo. They don’t keep stock because visitors have particular choice. Will definitely visit again

Graduation Weekend

My family and I came into Austin for my nephew’s graduation. We found the space to be just what we were looking for. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We lover the spacious look of the home and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful home

The home was just as it was advertised and located in a nice neighborhood. It was a perfect layout for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Nick was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay at this home if you are in the area. We will definitely stay again when we get back to Texas

Great Location, Close to everything you need

We work video at the rodeo in Austin and spend about 20 days on the project each year. This property is easily the best we have had in the last 5 years. The property is clean, well maintained and the owner was easily accessable if needed. It is just 20 minutes to the arena, close to shopping, dinning and easy access to the freeways so getting anywhere in the Austin Area is easy.

Beautiful Home in Nice Neighborhood

The house was perfect for our large group. With king size beds in two rooms, a queen in one, and bunk beds in another there were plenty of comfortable sleeping places. The large open kitchen, dining, and living room was great for visiting and sharing meals together. The gas grill on the back patio was great for grilling our burgers one evening and chicken the next. It was a short walk to get to the lake and the beautiful walking trails along it. Definitely a place to consider if you are staying in the Austin area.

Best house hands down!

I’ve rented a lot of house but this has been by far the best house! It was so spacious! From the youngest 1 to the oldest 62 everyone loved it. This house was well kept and had everything you needed. Plenty of towels and basic essentials! Neighborhood was very safe and neighbors were nice! We will make this our go to house when visiting Austin!

Very nice home with great location.

The home was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of room, nice layout and home in great condition. Its in a nice neighborhood with community pool and lake park. Only negative, no hand towels in kitchen and bath, but plenty of paper towels. No dish soap, bath soap, or shampoo. Owner helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay there. 5 stars

A Excellent Home with Plenty of room

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The owner responded quickly and went out of the way with our requests. The checkin didn't go smooth, but he showed up quickly to replace batteries. The porch was not as organized as we expected, though, it was too hot to spend time out there. The lake near by was an excellent way to get out and go walking on the trail in the morning or in the late evenings. The size of the house was perfect. We had a wedding and it worked out for exactly the number of folks we had. After the wedding, the house was perfectly located to head out to Dripping Springs, Lake Travis, Fredericksburg, downtown Austin and San Antonio. Access to non-tolls roads are everywhere making it easy to visit all these different places. All the stores you need near by. Great restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again when in Austin.

This house had everything we needed and more. The location was great. The neighborhood was great. The wild rabbits in the neighborhood and back yard are a sight to see.
