"I tried so hard to not leave a bad review because I believe any manager on duty has the power to make things right if they just listen to their customers. After trying to reach a manager several times for over a week and a half after our stay and being told someone would call me back all I wanted to do is be heard but no one ever called. Unfortunately, our visit was not the greatest. We requested a microwave several times on multiple days that we stayed on property but no one ever brought one to our room after being told it wouldn’t be a problem. We found glass on our hotel room floor, they were testing the fire alarms in the early morning, and on top of it all the entire hotel is going through a huge construction project which we were not informed prior to booking. We were told several times that there was no manager on duty to speak to which we found very bizarre. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for many years and have never seen such a circus poorly ran. I do hope this place figures it out because this hotel has potential under the right direction."
