"The room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Some issues were being unable to enter through the backdoor and having to do a long circle around to the courtyard each time. Also trying to call a specific elevator because the other one didn't go to my floor."

"We booked two rooms, one as a 2-person and one as a 3-person. They showed a couch could be used as a bed with pictures. Despite the booking of one room as a 3-person room, that room had only two bath towels and no bedding for the third person. We noted the issue shortly after checking, which was around 7:00 pm, and the front desk noted they would take care of the issue. After going out, we came back at 11:40 pm and nothing had been done. We then had to call the front desk and re-explain the issue. They finally brought us a sheet, blanket, and towel, but they did not have a pillow. Outside of this annoying situation, the room was clean and well-appointed."

"We checked in after 15 hours of travel from Canada checking in was smooth it was around 5:00pm when we got into our room and tried to sleep there was construction going on in the room right above us requested room change was moved from 2 to 5 floor and was still disrupted by continuous construction into the evening. Was told breakfast is included and when we checked out in the morning we were charged another 45 euros for a mediocre buffet . Definitely was not a pleasant welcoming to Dusseldorf was a terrible stay."
