Come and enjoy the terrace space which is a living area in its own right, covered and its large garden space, of more than 6000m2, landscaped and very pleasant. Ideal for reading, lunching, playing, sunbathing, this house offers you the opportunity to make the most of your holidays with family or friends!



    Between nature, tranquillity and comfort, this house is the ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday. Ready to find yourself there?



    This property has a large living room space with two sofas and a television available. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room. You will find an oven, induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a filter and capsule coffee maker, a dishwasher as well as all necessary utensils.

    The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms (including one bed measuring 160 x 200 and two of 180 x 200) and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, with a separate toilet.

    A staircase leads down to the ground floor, the latter offers 3 distinct spaces: the sleeping area, the garage and the basement. The sleeping area has a bed (180/200) and is the only bedroom with direct access from outside. There is a shower room and a toilet, adjoining.

    The garage houses a table tennis table.

    The basement provides access to an additional fridge and freezer, the washing machine, and access to the garden and swimming pool.

    You will also have access to the large terrace and garden with all furniture available for maximum comfort. The outdoor swimming pool is chlorinated and is open from 1st May until 27th September, it is not heated.
