"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.
This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.

Fiona had thoughtfully filled it with everything we could possibly need, which meant we didn’t have to bring a lot of our own things. Being just 5 minutes from the beach and park (which our 5-year-old loved!) was perfect, especially as my wife was pregnant and couldn’t do a lot of walking.We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and it truly made our trip extra special.
