"Oh my goodness… my favourite hotel in Sydney. I was travelling with my 4yo and he said it was his “Best day ever!”. The staff are so so lovely - we even got an upgrade which was super duper wonderful, thank you lovely man at reception… But all the staff were lovely and so patient with my rambunctious boy. Communal spaces totally groovy, as per ACE style, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed, vinyls waiting for you and great selection of bar snacks and drinks. I love this hotel. Every. Singe. Time. Thanks Ace 🙏"

"I really appreciated the friendly concierge staff. One of the concierge's got my room safe to work properly and the whole team was patient and friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb and the discounted three course dinner was done really well. The rooms just need to be updated a tiny bit, that is the only improvement that I can think of."

"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."
