"As a result of a cancelled flight, I found myself here. They were extremely helpful at the front counter. There is a new self check in process that gives you your room key. This is amazing and so easy to use. The staff were also happy to sneak in a free room upgrade for us. Amazing room, amazing everything. This will now be my go to hotel when I stay in Sydney. Also being located next to public transport/train station is very handy. If you are more of a family traveler or a light night snacker, Maccas and KFC as well as an All Hours Deli is right across the road."

"Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel.
